Rove Concepts (CA) is committed to your satisfaction, offering a 30-day return window for most furniture pieces to ensure they perfectly complement your living space. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition to qualify for a refund, less applicable restocking and shipping fees.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request within 30 days of delivery.

  Receive Authorization

  Our customer experience team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed instructions for the pickup or shipping process.

• 3.
  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble and repackage your items in the original boxes; ensure all hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once the items arrive at our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding a 15% restocking fee.
